Versatile cycling apparel for the rides in and out of the forest
Wind and weather on the open stretches, or the transit to and from the trail, call for one clothing scenario. Racing MTB through forest and hills asks different things of your kit.
The keyword is flexibility – in each product and in how you combine them. Keep scrolling to see how a few functional basics keep you riding well through the season.

What is MTB Core?
MTB Core is our take on a flexible cycling wardrobe built from a few basics that keep you protected and performing on the trail across seasons and weather. And with a little more of our kit you are well covered to and from the location too, whether you ride or drive.

Cycling shorts for the MTB rider
Our MTB bottoms deliver a mix of functional details and comfort so good you do not notice it.
Three recommendations: the hard-wearing and versatile C3 Bib Shorts are our clear favourite for days on the trail. You will find them in several colours, so you can decide which one suits your look.
If you need to layer up for genuinely cold MTB rides, we recommend either Leg Warmers or Long Bib Tights, both of which can be worn over your short bibs.
Joy rides and MTB call for a loose fit.
Choose the C3 Cycling Jersey and you get room to move in a particularly ventilating, quick-drying cycling jersey.
Take our ultimate cycling jersey – users call it the best on the market – and you get a long-sleeved light LS jersey you can use 8 out of 10 riding days a year: protective, actively moisture-wicking, supremely comfortable and dry in any condition.
Allow for the ride to and from the trail
If you ride to and from the trail, add a water- and wind-repellent SLi Cycling Vest – preferably Hi-Vis for safety.
The light, highly functional SLi Cycling Jacket is another obvious MTB option that does not get too warm but covers you well. On the trail both pack down to almost nothing in your back pocket.
If you are driving, the Recharge Hoodie – with its warm fleece inner face – is genuinely good company. And it easily becomes your first choice for a great deal more than training.
